Replacement will be provided case the customer receives a wrong item incomplete order.

may be delayed or cancelled. ToyBuzz will not be
responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address.
Parcel opening video is mandatory in order to claim for damages intransit.
Once the order is marked Delivered by the courier partner, ToyBuzz is not responsible for loss or theft.”
No refunds or replacement if figure has QC issue.
Shipping charges are flat and standard and include packaging, handling, and logistics costs.
In cases where the actual courier fee is lower than the amount charged, no refund or adjustment will be made.
