Refund Policy
- Returns/Replacement are only accepted when you received wrong/incomplete order.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-4 days of receiving the returned product.
- The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Shipping charges are flat and standard and include packaging, handling, and logistics costs.
In cases where the actual courier fee is lower than the amount charged, no refund or adjustment will be made.
